Welcome to Bayble School

Bayble School

The most important processes taking place in our school are effective Learning and Teaching. Learning is the most important outcome of what happens in school and teaching is the principal means by which learning is brought about. It is important to foster an environment where learning can be enjoyed and staff and pupils can learn together.

To improve the quality of Learning and Teaching

To improve the effectiveness of Leaning & Teaching to enable pupils to become successful learners, confident individuals, responsible citizens and effective contributors

Continue to develop partnerships with parents to support their child’s learning

An ethos of achievement will be created

A variety of teaching approaches in line with AifL strategies will be adopted to accommodate different learning styles

Learners will be active partners in their own learning

All pupils will be appropriately challenged

Monitoring of Learning and Teaching will be carried out systematically
