WELCOME TO OUR SCHOOL

School Logo - Where Everyone is Valued

Carisbrooke Primary is a lively, dynamic, hardworking and caring community.  We have a strong Christian ethos and you will find us friendly, open and eager to work together to provide the best opportunities for your child so they can develop to their full potential.

We set high standards and have high expectations of everyone in our school. Mutual respect, tolerance and consideration for others underpin our high expectations through which we all can achieve personal growth and contribute to the life of the school as a whole.

We have an open door policy and welcome everyone to Carisbrooke. The best way to find out more is to come and have a look round. Please feel free to make an appointment and we will be delighted to show you round. Please investigate the rest of this website which will help gain an insight into the school.

CLUBS

To keep children active the staff and specialist coaches run a number of after school clubs. These change each term to give variety and letters are sent home at the beginning of term to apply for the clubs. During previous years we have run sports clubs-including football, netball, cricket, tennis, aerobics, chess club, art, textiles, weaving, creative art, cookery, sign language, green club, ICT, dance and choir.

The clubs may be run at different times throughout the year, most of the after school clubs are restricted on the number of children who may take part and some may be restricted to certain year groups.

All clubs will run for a total of eight weeks these being the four weeks before and four weeks after each half term holiday.

Due to the number of other activities most clubs do not run in the last half term of the school year.

Keep watching this page and your newsletters for more information.
