We believe that every child is special and our fundamental aim is to create a learning environment in which all children can develop an awareness of their own worth and individual potential.

Education is a partnership and I hope we, as a school, and you, as a parent, can work together in trust and shared responsibility to ensure we achieve the best possible education and future prospects for your children.

At Christ Church Ainsworth we have nine classes in all. In Key Stage 1 some of the classes are mixed age and so we have decided to give them the names of colours. In Key Stage 2 the classes are all straight age classes and are named after their respective year group.

  • Nursery (Mrs. Barnes)
  • Blue Class (Mrs. Harrison)
  • Yellow Class (Mrs. Connelly)
  • Red Class (Mrs. Hicks)
  • Green Class (Miss Canavan)
  • Year 3 (Mister Heaton)
  • Year 4 (Mrs. Lunn)
  • Year 5 (Mrs. McGadie)
  • Year 6 (Mrs. Matthews)
