OUR HISTORY
A brief history of Cippenham It is not surprising that people living in Cippenham do not know a great deal about its history. Cippenham has changed so much over the last century, that much of the immediate history is not obvious. But Cippenham does have an interesting history. Slough’s oldest continuously lived in house exists in Cippenham. This dates back to 1551. Cippenham also used to have a Cinema called the "Commodore".
The main body of the school was built in 1932. This includes the hall and the Year 5 classrooms.
Recent Developments Over the last fifteen years the school has changed beyond all recognition, it has doubled in size. There have been extensions that added, what is now Years 3 and 4. More recently the Pavilions were added in 1996, Year 6 are taught in these classrooms. The school has also purchased an outdoor heated Swimming Pool and an outdoor Fitness Trail.
