ABOUT US
Earnock High School opened its doors to pupils on the 26th August 1957 and was officially opened on the 30th August, as you can see from the front cover to the programme for the occasion.
Present at the occasion were the first Headteacher of Earnock, Mr James Dykes and also Mr Keith Joseph, who was a director of the construction firm that built the school. This man later went on to become Sir Keith Joseph, Minister for Education in Margaret Thatcher's Government in the 1980's.
Earnock now has a roll of 980 pupils and a much larger campus with four more modern buildings.
