Fees
Fees are fixed by the Governors and are payable in advance of the first day of term. They include lunch, stationery, use of basic curricular text books and school talks.
A registration fee of Ł50 is payable when a girls name is registered with the School, of which Ł25 is returnable on your daughters first fee account. A deposit of Ł75 is also chargeable, six months prior to entry, after the formal offer of a place at Godolphin Prep. This deposit is not returnable if, after acceptance, a girl does not join (see also below). The deposit is retained and offset against the final fee.
If a girl who has been accepted for entry after satisfying the requirements of the School does not in due course attend Godolphin Prep, one terms fees will be payable unless a full terms notice of withdrawal is given in writing.
A full term's notice in writing must be given to the Headmistress of Godolphin Prep before the removal of a pupil from the School. In default of such notice, a full term's fees must be paid.
The School reserves the right to recover from a parent any cost incurred in collection of overdue fees and the Governors levy a surcharge on fees which are paid late. Parents are required to pay fees before the first day of each term.
