The National Curriculum is taught following the programmes of study for each subject :- Core subjects: English, Mathematics, Science, Information Communication Technology, Religious Education.
Foundation Subjects: Geography, History, Physical Education, Art, Music, Design Technology, Personal, Social and Health Education.
The Early Years Foundation stage curriculum underpins all the child's future learning. It is carefully structured, with three main aims:

Provision for the different starting points of each child.

Planning for relevant and appropriate content that builds on what the children can already do.

Well planned purposeful activities that provides opportunities for teaching and learning, both indoors and out.
The Foundation stage curriculum is organised into six areas of learning:

The early learning goals establish expectations for most children, within the six areas of learning, to be reached by the end of the foundation stage. Teachers identify progress through the 'stepping stones'. |
