I am proud to welcome you to the John Kitto Community College website.

As Principal of John Kitto I expect every member of our communities to want the best for our youngsters and their families.  We will work tirelessly to be the best at whatever we do so that our students have fantastic opportunities.

Students at John Kitto make academic progress from age 11 to 16, that is in the top 10% in England (Fischer Family Trust data, December 2006).  This is not by accident; it is due to a co-ordinated, consistent drive to raise academic standards over the last four years.  We are rightly proud of our students who achieve 12 A*'s and A's at GCSE and go on to 5 A's at A level, but we are equally proud of the students who achieve C's, D's and E's at GCSE having joined the College at low levels in Year 7.

We are a Community College in the widest sense catering for all ages and we expect our students and their families to take every opportunity that comes their way.

I would welcome you to John Kitto Community College at any time and I would be delighted to show you around our successful Business and Enterprise College at your convenience.
