2 - 3 Years
Situated in the Lodge and adjacent to the main school this department offers everything needed to provide security and a headstart for your child.
Children attend on a sessional, part-time or full day basis and our Montessori trained staff ensure that each child participates in a carefully planned programme with an emphasis on social co-operation and self awareness.
This prepares the way to structured academic learning as soon as each child reaches the appropriate stage of development.
The atmosphere is calm and relaxed. The environment encourages creativity and stimulates curiosity and discovery and above all our children are purposeful and happy.

3 - 7 Years
Liaison between parents and staff in conjunction with informed discussion between staff and Heads of Departments ensure a smooth transition into our exciting infant department.
Here the emphasis is placed on the laying of secure foundations in reading writing mathematical and scientific skills; all of which are of the utmost importance in these early years.
A broad based curriculum is reinforced by the National Curriculum and specialist teaching is provided in Science, CDT, Music and Computing. French is introduced through songs and games and all children enjoy a great sense of achievement.
Such a stimulating programme of learning helps to develop a wide range of skills, all of which are taught by imaginative and caring teachers.
7 - 11 Years
Junior pupils follow a balanced and integrated programme of academic study, sport, music and extra curricular activities.
Academic achievements are highly valued and we also aim for excellence in other spheres so that our children are encouraged to develop their talents with a positive and enthusiastic approach to school life.
Interdisciplinary teaching is reinforced with out of school visits which extend, enrich and reinforce the children's experience.
