Layton is justifiably proud of its reputation for high standards: of work, of behaviour and of the personal appearance of its pupils. We offer your child a traditionally high standard of education with its full and proper emphasis on reading, writing and number skills. We offer your child the opportunity to become adept at information technology skills.

We offer a range of sporting, musical, creative, recreational and environmental activities, both inside and outside school hours, for the all-round development of your child.

Many Teachers organise a number of clubs after school and at lunchtimes. We also have outside bodies that come in and provide extra curriculum activities. In the past these have included coaches from BJFF, Bispham Junior Football Federation and Blackpool Borough Council.
