Netball
Netball is on a Monday at 3.30pm to 4.30pm. The leader is Jenny Findlay. Sometimes we have netball matches, they are really fun. Sometimes we stop netball for winter, but we do it all through the rest of the year.
Gymnastics
We have gymnastics every Thursday at 3.35pm till 4.30pm and then at 4.35pm till 5.30pm. The leader is Janine Lloyd.
Football
Football is on Fridays; it sometimes stops for the winter because of bad weather.
It is on at 3.40pm till 5.00pm. The coach is Mr Hepburn, our head teacher.
Mr Glen, our minister, takes P4 and P5 for football skills on Thursday at 1.00pm to 1.20pm. They practise football in the school hall.
Mr Glen sometimes plays football with us and plays dodge ball to warm us up.
Cross Country
Some of primary 5, 6,7 do cross-country running and compete for our school. Mrs Linda Bain coaches it.
Lacrosse
We used to have lacrosse at P.E. time but now we don’t. Some of the P6, 7’s went to a lacrosse tournament and got into the semi-finals.
P.E.
At P.E. we do lots of different sports i.e. football, netball, lacrosse, rugby, gymnastics, dancing and basketball. Sometimes we play games like French dodge ball and relay racing.
Sports Day
This year we had sports day in the park. It was a really nice day but we haven’t found out who won yet.
