About Us
Punnetts Town Community Primary School is located at the western end of Punnetts Town village, 3 miles south-east of Heathfield, East Sussex. Pupils attending the school live in Punnetts Town, Rushlake Green, Cowbeech, Heathfield and the surrounding villages.
Our pupils are boys and girls aged four to eleven. The latest Ofsted report judged our pupils to have "positive attitudes, very good behaviour and very good levels of...personal development". The school offers a rich programme of activities, enabling them to grow in confidence and self-esteem.
Our experienced staff are committed to giving their best for all the children at the school. Ofsted stated that "Standards of care are high and pupils feel secure, settle well and are well looked after". Also they reported that "The high proportion of good and very good teaching leads to effective quality learning for pupils".
