Riddings Infant School was built in 1883, and has been modernised many times since then. The biggest change being in 1989, with the addition of a new classroom and a purpose built nursery.
Since then, more classrooms have been added to the rear of the school, and we are currently awaiting the building of another new classroom at the front.
The main building has six classrooms, a headteacher’s office, and a small teaching area used for television and other activities. The school hall is used for assemblies, PE, movement, singing and midday meals.
