Views of the new school
The work and the waiting are almost over. By next week the school will behanded the keys to the new 38 week residential building -Gerddi Glasfryn.
Pupils, staff and Governors have all been up to Gerddi Glasfryn to visit the site this week and everyone is excited about the prospect of moving into the new accomodation. The Architect, Adrian Jones, is busy ensuring all the finishing touches are put in place before the keys are handed over next week.
Furniture, fixtures and fittings are already arriving along with the plants and trees for the outside of the buiulding. Over the holidays the remaining furniture and fittings will be put in place ready for the start of term.
Carol Richards will be sending an invitation to visit the new facilities to parents during the summer holidays. In the mean time we hope you can get some idea of the work from these pictures.
