Swanwick Hall School is a totally comprehensive and inclusive secondary school. We are committed to enabling all young people within the local community to achieve their full potential in the broadest sense. Schools exist primarily in order to educate children. At Swanwick Hall we place the child at the heart of the school. We believe strongly that every young person has the potential to do well. It is our aim to provide them with the opportunities that will allow them to see and believe this potential in order to allow them to achieve success.
Our staff are able, committed and well trained to deliver these opportunities and we have the resources to provide them. We are big enough to count but small enough to recognise and care for the individual.
We believe in involving parents in their children's education as much as possible. We recognise that a strong partnership of our students, their parents and our staff is the most effective way of achieving our aims.
We work closely with the feeder schools in our cluster to provide a coherent education from the age of 3-18 years, building on strengths already developed and getting to know each student as an individual. As an 11-18 school, we provide a complete bridge between primary school and the world of work or university.
We believe in young people and we believe that Swanwick Hall School can provide a first-class education for the twenty-first century. We look forward to your sons and daughters joining us.
