We accept that education within the school is dependent upon a satisfactory
relationship between the teacher and child and also upon an environment where each
child feels safe and secure. Therefore, the main aim of this school, is to aid each child
through the relevant stages of maturation so that, other agents doing their part, he/she
may grow into a self-sufficient person, intellectually, emotionally, spiritually and socially.
This self-sufficiency would allow him/her to lead a full satisfying life, relating to other
people and their feelings, to be an asset to and enjoy the society in which he/she is
living, to earn a living and to relax in a manner pleasing to him/her.
We work hard to give children as wide and as rich a curriculum as time and capabilities
allow. This will include the requirements of the National Curriculum Statements. The
relevant documents may be viewed by any parent. We are very happy to discuss the
curriculum with you at any convenient time. |
