Here at Charles Saer Community Primary School we believe that each individual child has the right to an education which firstly enlarges her or his knowledge, experience and imaginative understanding, and thus his or her awareness of moral values and capacity for enjoyment; and secondly enables her or him to enter the world after formal education is over as an active participant in society and a responsible contributor to it, capable of achieving as much independence as possible.
