At Ellel St. John's C.E. Primary School we aim to help all our pupils realise their full potential and to promote their spiritual, moral and social growth as well as their intellectual and physical development.

Our school is distinguished by the support of all its staff and governors for its Christian foundation and the ethos and teaching are firmly based on Christian values. Collective worship is seen as an important and integral part of daily life. We seek to develop a sympathetic understanding of the Christian faith in all our children, whilst encouraging respect for other faiths.

We endeavour to be a welcoming, friendly and supportive school where the quality of care extended to all is high and we attach great importance to developing strong links between school, home, Church and community.
