ABOUT US

Farrowdale House School is a small, independent, co-educational Preparatory school situated close to Shaw town centre. Established since 1983, the school offers a full primary education for children 3 years to 11 years.

The School offers a full academic curriculum within the framework of traditional values and the expectation of high personal achievement. It is within the Preparatory School that a child's character is developed and it is the aim of Farrowdale House to foster a responsible, caring attitude.

The children are taught to exercise self-discipline and a belief in traditional values and courtesies. The School is staffed by experienced, well-qualified and enthusiastic teachers. Our small classes of maximum 20 children are essential to provide for the individual needs of each child and to achieve the academic standards expected.
