ABOUT US

Heybrook Primary School is the biggest primary school in the Rochdale Local Authority. We have over 500 pupils, 24 teachers, 22 teaching assistants, 5 administrative staff, 4 caretaking staff and 16 kitchen and lunchtime staff. We also have Family Literacy Worker, who speaks both Urdu and Bengali. In addition four staff from the Rochdale Music and staff from local sports services work in the school.

The school has a Sure Start Centre that provides support for families with children aged from 0-4 years old.

Heybrook opened in 1901 and in 2001 we celebrated our centenary.
