The school curriculum follows the National Curriculum with an education relevant for today's society. Children are taught in eight classes. Key Stage 1 consists of four infant classes which all have Teaching Assistants who assist the class teacher. Key Stage 2 covers four junior classes taught by four teachers and their Teaching Assistants who support delivery of teaching.
All children cover the core subjects of Literacy, Numeracy and Science. They also study the foundation subjects of History, Geography, Information Technology, Design and Technology, Physical Education, Art and Design, Music, Religious Education and Personal, Social, Citizenship and Health Education (PSCHE).Many of these subjects are taught cross curricular and through a themed approached.
