The Edgbaston campus is a safe, friendly environment with an impressive mixture of sculptures, striking Victorian and modern buildings - and a range of facilities for students, staff and visitors. It’s also a stunning space, set within 250 acres of parkland.
Lawns, mature trees and pedestrian walkways contribute to the peaceful atmosphere on campus, and make it a wonderful spot for picnics and walking. Convenient facilities include bars, cafes, shops, a hair salon, a concert hall, banks, an art gallery, a medical practice and a nursery.
We’ve even got a train station, and we’re only one stop away from the city centre
Investment in the campus never stops. Over the last five years, improvements have included a £10m Learning Centre at Edgbaston, a Learning Resource Centre at Selly Oak and a new home for the Business School.
The nearby Selly Oak campus is about 2 miles from Edgbaston. The 80 acre site has a village atmosphere with facilities located at the centre of campus.
