Office Closures

The office is closed on all UK Bank Holidays.

The Accommodation Service exists to help all members of Cambridge University, from students and academics to staff and visiting scholars, to find suitable accommodation. Although all of our properties are listed on our database you are very welcome to visit us to discuss your requirements.

We hold details of privately rented properties including flats, houses, rooms in shared houses and rooms.  Properties are available on both long and short-term basis. It is more difficult to obtain self-contained accommodation for periods of less than six months.  This office liaises with the Newcomers and Visiting Scholars.

We have details of self-contained properties owned by the University, which are available to post-graduate students, academics, staff and visiting scholars. The minimum let is normally twelve months up to a maximum stay of two years. Rents are competitive but there is a waiting list.
