About...
St Philips is a church school providing a caring, Christian environment. We enable learning for life with high expectations for all. We are committed to providing a creative environment where everyone is valued, with differences recognised, respected and celebrated, where all can make a positive contribution to society.
St Philip's is a voluntary controlled primary school for boys and girls between four and eleven years of age. Currently there are 281 children on roll, in ten classes. Children can enter the school in the September after their fourth birthday. The Planned Admission Limit is currently 47 but will reduce to 40 in September 2008.
The Curriculum
Our school curriculum is based on the National Curriculum. We try to make the curriculum as interesting and relevant as possible.

UNIFORM |
| Boys and Girls:

School Sweatshirts (ordered through Scholars Uniform Shop in Terrace Walk, Bath).
White polo shirt (can be ordered through Scholars with a badge, but plain white shirts will do)
Black or navy school shoes, sandals or training shoes (also black or navy).
NB: not with high heels or platform soles |
| Girls: |
Grey or black skirt, or grey pinafore dress, or grey or black trousers (no jeans or denim)
Summer dresses - blue and white checked gingham |

PE KIT |
| Indoor Kit: |
Plain white t-shirt, navy or black shorts. (Please note that arm and leg length should be above the elbow or knee for safety reasons.) Children do indoor PE in bare feet. |
| Outdoor Kit: |
As above plus sweatshirt and jogging bottoms for very cold weather, training shoes or daps. |
