Curriculum�

In recent years, a significant emphasis has been placed on the teaching of literacy and numeracy, but staff and governors at Cheddington Combined School believe the purpose of primary education is to provide a broad and balanced curriculum.

Extra Curricular

Opportunities exist for children to participate in a wide range of sporting and other activities, including:

Orchestra
Recorders
Cooking
Choir
Football (Girls and Boys)
Netball
Gymnastics

Of the Key Stage 2 children, 72% of them participate in at least one extra curricula activity.

The school also participates in football, cricket and netball inter-school matches. The school is fortunate to be able to use the facilities of Long Marston Cricket Club for it's school matches. The facilities in the school include a good-sized field, playground and hall.
