Parkfields School is a happy, caring, disciplined and hard working family community. Our aim is to ensure that through the highest quality teaching of a broad, balanced and challenging curriculum in a stimulating environment each pupil flourishes. Our excellent pastoral care system fosters an environment where children feel safe and able to learn. Our expectations of high standards of self-discipline and mutual respect encourage children to grow into responsible citizens of today’s challenging society.
During the pupil's first year at Parkfields, there is an emphasis on greater contact with the form teacher. As the child moves forward through the school, more specialist teaching is gradually introduced. The combination of stability alongside the introduction of more specialist teaching provides an environment where high expectations for children can be realised. Our purpose-built facilities which include Science Studios, Drama Studio, Computer Suites and well-equipped specialist areas for Technology and Music, provide a wealth of opportunities for pupils to excel.Parkfields also provides an extensive extra-curricular programme, for which the school has an enviable reputation.
