Blaise Primary School was opened on April 21st 1952, and after a period as separate infant and junior schools, it became a single primary school in the 1980s.
The spacious building is set in extensive grounds, which are given over to grass, shrubs and trees, which contribute enormously to the learning environment.
We have 13 classrooms, ranging from a nursery to Year 6, a gymnasium, main hall, dining hall and two libraries.
‘'Blaise Primary School puts the interests and needs of its children first. We work hand in hand in partnership with our parents to ensure that all our children can learn and flourish in an environment where they are inspired to take on greater and greater challenges, building upon successes and confidently learning from mistakes.
Our school ensures that all our children are seen as unique individuals, who are our future citizens, by teaching to their needs and understanding their learning styles.
We are always striving for excellence!’'
