Our School

Our school can be found near the centre of Paulton on a site shared with the Paulton Junior School and next door to Paulton's swimming pool.

We hold the Government's 'Activemark' and 'Healthy School' awards which show our dedication to the health and fitness of our children. All children do several hours of physical activities each week, including swimming and are able to take advantage of healthy school meals cooked on the premises.

We take our responsibilities very seriously, offering high quality education for every child irrespective of ability helping each child to achieve their full potential.

We hope this web site will provide you with useful information about our school and an insight into our children's work.

Head Teacher, Mrs Sloyan has been with the school since 1997. She is the Coordinator for Assessments and Design & Technology

About Us

Schools in Paulton

There have been schools in Paulton for over 100 years, and the current Junior School was built in 1972, and the Infant School in 1974.

The extensive development of this design has enabled us to cater for the ongoing needs of the children. We have a brand new ICT suite and extensive Library.

We are extremely fortunate to have access to Paulton Swimming Pool, which is built alongside the schools. Weekly lessons ensure Infant children are all able to swim competently by the time they transfer to the Junior school.

Paulton Infant School has three year groups, each with two classes, which cover Key Stage 1 of our children's education.
