Our school was built in 1963 and serves the Catholic Parishes of St Teresa of the Child Jesus, Filton and St Vincent de Paul, Southmead.
Currently, there are approx. 220 pupils split into three Infant classes (Key Stage 1) and four Junior classes (Key Stage 2). We benefit from a large multi purpose hall and well equiped ICT suite. We also have extensive grounds, including a separate Junior and Infant playground as well as a large playing field.
We maintain strong links with both Parishes, through, for example, School and Feast Day Masses, First Holy Communion and special festivals.

If you have something to add to your page then see Mr Grant. Maybe a hobby, or something to do with a school topic, it could be a report on a special event, a picture, anything really (within reason of course!)...

The Friends of St Teresa's Association (F.O.S.T.A.) was formed in 1996 and aims to provide opportunities for parents and friends to meet socially and also raise funds for the school.
Funds raised by F.O.S.T.A. have paid for computers, sports equipment, playground furniture, televisions, audio equipments, cameras and much more!
Our good sized hall, separate Infant and Junior playgrounds and large playing field all help us to fulfill the National Curriculum requirements for P.E. All junior classes have swimming lessons at Bristol North baths during the course of the year. We also take part in regular swimming galas with other schools. At various times during the year there are extra curricular clubs for Games, football, netball and Kwik cricket. We take part in local sporting activities and leagues and proud of our achievements.
