Welcome !!!
A good standard of behaviour is expected from pupils throughout the day. Courtesy, good manners, respect for others and their property underlines the code of behaviour which is expected of pupils. The example set by adults should help children to identify what are acceptable and unacceptable standards of behaviour. Children of all ages are encouraged to develop their own self-discipline. If this is reinforced at home then cases of serious indiscipline will continue to be rare.
- Bullying and deliberate insolence will not be tolerated.
- Such incidents will result in loss of privileges.
- Pupils may be disciplined by any of the teachers; serious misdemeanours will be dealt with by the Headteacher.
- Children whose general standard of behaviour gives cause for serious concern may be excluded from school trips, excursions and visits.
- Where pupil behaviour is disruptive or is adversely affecting the progress of other children, a variety of sanctions may be implemented.
- The school has a comprehensive Behaviour and Discipline Policy and also an Anti-bullying Policy and these are available upon request.
