About us

Our School is in the Bailiwick of Guernsey which, as you can see from the map, is situated in the Bay of St. Malo. Guernsey is 24 square miles and has a varied coastline with dramatic cliffs in the south of the island and wide sandy bays to the north and west The island's capital, St. Peter Port, is a picturesque town with a bustling harbour and marinas.

There are four houses in the school - De Beauvoir, De Havilland, De Vic, Dobree. You are registered in your house group. Your house tutor will look after you during the year. Talk to him or her if there is anything worrying you.

You gain house points by doing good work and by taking part in various competitions such as Sports and Drama events. The points scored are totalled weekly and house trophies are presented at the end of each term. Every so often there are house meetings to decide teams for the competitions and Mr Beardsell has a weekly meeting with the House Secretaries to deal with House business.
