About us
The staff ,governors and children welcome you to our school. Brooke Dean Community School is a co-educational school for children from nursery to eleven years. We have a Key Stage One assessment unit for children with special educational needs and a Key Stage Two moderate learning difficulties class, which form an integral part of our school.
At Brooke Dean we strive to provide a fully inclusive learning environment for pupils, staff, parents and the local community. We believe in respect for individual needs and aim to ensure that everybody within our community not only feels valued but have the same opportunities.
This feeling of community is reflected in the number of parent helpers, strong support from local businesses, an active and well supported PTA, our strong links with St Chads, our local church and equal access and opportunities for all our special needs children.
At Brooke Dean the pupils are encouraged to set their sights high and develop genuine ambitions for themselves. This has been reflected in this years Sat results with Brooke Dean becoming the most improved school in our area and the third most improved school nationally.
