  • A Science block with seven laboratories;

  • Three Art rooms with photography dark room and pottery area kiln;

  • Multi Gym equipped with treadmill, step machine and Sky TV;

  • A Careers / Sixth form Centre.

Ballyclare Secondary is a co-educational school for 11-18 year olds which was established in 1961. At present the school has 960 pupils and a teaching staff of 64. The growth in the number of pupils attending the school has been such that the school buildings were enlarged and modernised in 1993.
