Beechlawn School is a co-educational Controlled Special School catering for pupils with moderate learning difficulties as well as those pupils with specific reading difficulties. The school, whose current enrolment is 270 pupils, is situated in a pleasantly landscaped site on the outskirts of the historic village of Hillsborough, Northern Ireland.
