Combs Infant School
Lesser Lane, High Peak,SK23 9UZ

Combs Infant School has always been proud of its high standard of pastoral care and academic achievement. We offer a broad and balanced curriculum which fully meets the needs of all children under the current legislation. This includes the requirements of the National Curriculum, the Literacy and Numeracy Strategies, the Early Learning Goals and Derbyshire's agreed Syllabus for Religious Education.

We try to create an exciting and stimulating environment where children can be themselves and be happy, and where they are allowed to develop at a pace appropriate to their own individual needs. We believe our children truly benefit from the close interaction of the other children, the parents and the community.  Within the "family" atmosphere of this small school we aim to foster a desire to learn, served by skills and knowledge, enabling the children to develop to their full potential.
