Our Mission Statement
As a Church of England, voluntary controlled school, it is our aim to provide everyone at St Michael's with a happy, stimulating educational environment in which our Christian values are taught. We will encourage development including self-discipline, respect for others and their religious beliefs. We will seek to fulfill each individual's education and social potential through encouragement, opportunity and spiritual guidance.
This is situated immediately on your right as you come through the main
entrance doors. In the office you will find Mrs Goodall (Office Manager),
Mrs Bennett (the Head Teacher's Secretary) and Mrs Russell (the Finance
Officer). Mrs Goodall deals with admissions for the whole
school. Office staff will arrange appointments for prospective
parents to be shown around the school.
The St Michael's uniform comprises of:-
St Michael's blue sweatshirt - available from the school shop (see below).
White polo shirt with school logo - available from the school shop (see below).
Plain mid-grey shorts or trousers for boys.
Plain mid-grey skirt, pinafore or smart school trousers for girls. In the summer the girls may wear a blue and white check patterned dress.
Grey or white socks. (or tights for girls)
Brown, black or grey shoes. (not trainers)
Any coloured outdoors jacket/coat or St. Michael's 'fleece jacket'- available from the school shop (see below).

Any tracksuit/jogging bottoms and jackets/sweatshirts in winter.
Football kit/T shirt/shorts in summer.
Football boots are optional - class teachers will give more details.
