Tenbury High School is situated in the market town of Tenbury Wells in north-west Worcestershire. It is an 11-16 comprehensive school with approximately 441 pupils on roll. The school has modern specialist facilities including newly refurbished Science laboratories, a purpose built expressive arts studio and a range of computer resources including three recently upgraded Computer suites. The Schools Curriculum Award and Sportsmark Award are illustrative of our commitment to a broad education and of our very close links with the wider community.
In 2005 the school was granted both Specialist and Extended Status
We offer a broad range of opportunities within the school's extra-curricular activities programme including sports clubs, the Duke of Edinburgh's Award, trips and European exchange visits.
The school provides a happy, caring and well-ordered environment in which academic skills, self-discipline, consideration for others, good manners and presentable appearance are considered to be of vital importance. It is our aim to enable all pupils to reach their full potential academically, physically and socially in order that they may play an active and positive part in our society.
