Blenheim Primary School
Lofthouse Place, LS2 9EX Leeds
0113 293 0808

Blenheim is a well-established and successful county primary school taking children between the ages of three and eleven. We are proud of the cultural diversity of our school: we currently have pupils and staff from almost 30 different countries, speaking over 20 different languages. We are proud that we can all live and learn together successfully, and we are sure that new arrivals at the school are made to feel most welcome.

The school is housed in a single-storey building surrounded by large open play areas, and playing fields. Situated within these grounds, the school has a twenty-six place nursery, it too has expansive play areas. The school is located in the University area of Leeds, and is within ten minutes' walk of the city centre.

Our aims

  • Ensure all pupils achieve their maximum potential, by having high expectations and excellent standards.
  • Provide a calm positive atmosphere, where children and staff are happy, confident and motivated.
  • Celebrate and respect our cultural diversity.
  • Take pride in our school and local environment.
  • Provide a stimulating and differentiated curriculum.
  • Work in partnership with parents and the local community.
  • Recognise achievement and celebrate success in all areas of school life.
