Thank you for your interest in our school. This is a school where children enjoy learning and where achievement in all aspects of life is celebrated. We place great importance on learning to live together socially, caring for others, making friendships and maintaining respect for each other. At Henry Hinde Infant we provide the environment, expertise and resources to enable this to happen.

The school was built in 1967 and in 2001 a computer suite was created. Our attractive school is situated in spacious grounds. School environment is a vital part of our teaching resources and incorporates grass and trees, hedgerows, a pond and two hard outdoor play areas.

Coming to school is a big step forward for every child and parent and our aim at Henry Hinde Infant School is to provide our children with a sound and exciting start to their school life.

Our school is fortunate in having well qualified, experienced and capable staff. They set high expectations for children's learning and behaviour as well as a strong commitment and enthusiasm for working with children in their early school years.

This website can only give you a brief insight into life and work at Henry Hinde Infant School. Why not come and meet the staff and children in the school if you are in the area. You will be most welcome. There can be no better way to find out about our school than to visit during a working day.
