School Life

Breakfast Club opens every school morning at 8.20a.m. and offers a selection of food to get the day off to a good start.


At 8.30a.m. the playgrounds open.


Children can go straight into their classrooms at 8.45a.m.


Teaching Times are shown below:

    Juniors    8.55a.m. - 3.25p.m.

Morning break is from 10.20a.m. until 10.40 a.m.

Junior Lunches are served between 12.20p.m. and 1.20 p.m.


    Infants    8.55 a.m. - 3.20p.m.

Infant breaks are from 10.40a.m. to 11.00a.m.

                      and from 2.35p.m. to 2.50p.m.

Infant Lunches are served between 12.00noon and 1.15 pm


There is a school Assembly each day.  On Mondays and Fridays the whole school meet together; other days the stages meet separately.  Once each year a class leads the Assembly.  For these and other special Assemblies parents are invited.


Birmingham City Council Schools’ Term Dates - Please note that the school has 5 additional Teacher Training days which are allocated at the discretion of the school.  Parents are informed at the start of the school year.
